We are seeking a motivated Junior Interior Designer/Architect to join our dynamic team.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Generate architectural and MEP technical shop drawings based on existing design concepts (From Client) using Auto CAD.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare and submit landlord's drawings.
- Complete redline drawings and draft detailed designs.
- Provide technical solutions to address design challenges.
-Email communication skills with all stakeholders
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architectural Engineering.
- Proficient in Auto CAD with strong drafting skills.
- Knowledge of Sketch Up, 3D Studio Max
- 1-3 years of proven experience in fit-out and interior design.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- A valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
- Must possess a transferable VISA (Article 18).
