As a Site Interior Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in translating our design concepts into tangible reality, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.
Role and Responsibilities:
Project Implementation: Collaborate closely with the design team to understand the project design and intent. Take responsibility for the practical implementation of interior design concepts on-site, ensuring that the final result aligns with the initial vision.
Construction Oversight: Oversee the construction and installation processes, including managing contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor progress, address any on-site challenges, and ensure that all work is executed in accordance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
Technical Expertise: Apply your technical expertise to review architectural plans, blueprints, and design documentation. Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to ensure a smooth implementation process, taking into consideration factors such as structural integrity, spatial functionality, lighting, and HVAC systems.
Material Selection: Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet both design and performance criteria. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and procure materials within budget constraints.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that the construction work adheres to design plans, quality standards, and industry best practices. Address any discrepancies or deviations promptly and provide constructive feedback to the project team.
Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, engineers, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential challenges and provide innovative solutions to design and construction-related issues that may arise during the project.
Budget and Schedule Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets and schedules, ensuring that the project stays on track and within established parameters. Identify cost-effective alternatives and help manage project resources efficiently.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients during site visits and meetings to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and offer insights into the construction process from a design perspective.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Pay: KD300.000 - KD500.000 per month

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 + years) in interior design implementation and construction oversight, preferably within the commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in using design software such as Auto CAD, 3ds max Vray ,Sketch Up, Revit, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and spatial arrangements.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing project demands.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: KD300.000 - KD500.000 per month
