We work on a variety of projects, from commercial to residential, delivering high-quality interior designs that exceed client expectations. We're currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with accounting and HR responsibilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Accounting Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Assist with tax preparations and audits.
- HR Duties:
- Handle recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Manage employee records and assist in employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Support employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate and schedule training and development programs for employees.
- Secretary Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and other departments.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
- Organize company events and meetings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction, design, or related industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
