Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or graphic design.
• 1 -2 years of experience in relevant field.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Good command of English language (written).
• Outstanding in Microsoft office
• Very Good understanding of marketing and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the graphic designing team during active process specially in coordination between departments.
• Secures information by completing database backups.
• Coordinate with other departments throughout the Boutiqaat company if they have any requirements regarding specific graphic designs like warehouse or purchasing banners
• Assist in communicating with social media team after publishing their designs to track the celebrities as per publish designed issues.
• Assist in coordinating with logistic stockholders regarding any new product overall shipping process
• Assist in organizing work by collecting information; and providing requested reports
• Assist in coordination with celebrities account stockholders to be aware with number of celebrities and their needs specifically
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
