MAF Holding for General Trading is looking for a dedicated and experienced Mandoop who has a background in handling government-related work and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and process applications related to work permits, employee visas etc. in social affairs office as well as prepare on-line applications of immigration in compliance with govt laws and regulations.
· Timely follow-up on residences renewal.
· Keep records of personnel for visas, passports, ID, and other important documents.
· Update & communicate all new laws or rules issued by Government.
· Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and current affairs.
· Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
· Ensuring Company compliance with labour laws.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or field.
· Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law
· Indepth understanding of Kuwait Legal regulations, and ministry rules and requirements
· Strong knowledge of using Government Online Portals
· Excellent Arabic & English communication skills- both oral & written.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
· Must have valid driver’s license with a car.
· Local candidates with valid and transferable visa.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
