MAF Holding for General Trading is seeking to hire a driven and detail-oriented business development officer to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's reach.
You will identify new markets, for partnerships, and create strategies to expand the company’s reach. This position is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, who excels at spotting opportunities and turning them into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze competitor offerings and identify areas for the company to develop unique propositions.
- Keep aware of emerging industry trends and incorporate them into business strategies.
- Develop comprehensive business development plans aligned with the company's objectives.
- Identify and approach potential clients and partners in line with company growth strategies.
- Negotiate and close business deals that align with company goals.
- Develop strategic partnerships with relevant industry players, suppliers, and government entities.
- Work on increasing the company’s market share and overall revenue.
- Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports for management on progress and forecasts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Proven track record in business development, particularly in trading or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and sales processes.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and (Arabic is a plus.)
- Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships.
