Responsibilities:
يجب أن تتوفر بها هذه الاشياء : التحدث العربية ولباقة الحديث مع العموم- خبرة بمجال السوشال ميديا والمشاهير و ترتيب اسعار مناسبة للتعاون مع العملاء باستخدام مشاهير السوشال ميديا ، وحظور ايفنتات اذا تطلب الامر ، والعمل في جميع الاوقات حسب ما يتطلبه العمل اذا تم الطلب بالعمل ، Lady only
- Lead and manage all tagging, tracking, delivery and reporting of campaigns.
- Management of communication between the agency and media partners.
- Follow up with influencers and media team in regard to posting and rotation status, both before and after the campaign is live.
- Manage the process from time of booking through to implementation and after sales service.
- Prepare a detailed report of the activation for the client.
- Update and follow up step by step on click up for each activation until the task is completed.
- Ensure smooth flow of work to and from the sales team. in this role you will interact with numerous internal teams including sales, finance and management.
- Ability to work effectively with both the sales team and media agencies throughout the region.
- Supporting the sales team with all production related assistance or collateral.
- Being an active team player within this office environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading & Writing)

- Ensure compliance in accordance with policies, procedure and regulatory standards.
- Establish operations objectives and assist with development and modification of social media services.
- Meet periodically with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and expand existing business relationships.
- Prepare call reports, operations and endorsement dates
- Prepare presentations, explain services offered, and recommend these services that add value to the customer.
- Develop knowledge of client needs and coordinates company efforts to service client organizations
- Develop and sustain relationships with key clients and business contacts
- Your job requires you to have local as well as out of country visits and attend phone calls outside working hours.
- Need to engage with clients and influencers in a way that fulfills all the requirements based on the brief of the campaign you'll be handling.
- Working Hours: Flexible to work at night and during weekends.
