Outdoor Sales Representative

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Outdoor Sales professional to join our team. As an Outdoor Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential B2B or B2C customers in outdoor locations. You will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities

Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Must hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
Competitive salary + commission.
Location: Kuwait City.
Working hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week.
