We are a leading interior design company based in Shuwaikh, Kuwait, dedicated to creating innovative and inspiring spaces for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our success.
Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to be the face of our interior design company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist clients and visitors to our office
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access
- Provide general support to the office team as required
- 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within the interior design or related industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Visa 18 Normal and small project accepted
- Must be ready to join immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
