About Us:
At Alive Yoga, we’re all about creating a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy yoga and wellness. We had to close right before Covid, and now we're ready to reopen again, and looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to help run our center and support our amazing community.
What You’ll Do:

• Welcome Clients: Greet everyone with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Give Tours: Show new clients our facility and explain the different membership options to them.
• Manage Bookings: Handle class registrations, cancellations, and scheduling inquiries.
• Answer Calls, Messages, and Emails: Respond to questions and provide information about classes, memberships, and events.
• Support the Team: Assist staff with administrative tasks and help keep the center running smoothly.
• Maintain Studio Space: Keep the reception and center clean and always organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service role.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling softwares.

Working Hours:
8 Hours, 6 days per week
Because we are looking for two receptionists who will take on different shifts, your working hours will either be:
Friday to Wednesday from 7 AM to 3 PM. Thursday off.
or
Saturday to Thursday 2 PM to 10 PM. Friday off.
*Some changes to the schedule can happen
Salary:
400 KD monthly + bonus based on performance.

Pay: KD400.000 per month
