Job Summary:
Al Asfour for Human Resources Management Consultation is seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Manager. This role requires a skilled Arabic-speaking professional with a deep understanding of recruitment dynamics, client relationship management, and an orientation toward psychology. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment agencies, with the ability to align candidates with client needs, manage engagement, develop replacement plans, and conduct investigations to address underlying issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their industry-specific hiring requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss recruitment needs, strategies, and provide industry insights.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent for clients across diverse sectors.
  • Employ various sourcing techniques to quickly and effectively identify qualified candidates.
  • Market Scanning and Hiring Channels:
  • Continuously scan the Kuwait job market to identify current trends, hiring challenges, and emerging talent pools.
  • Communicate insights to the recruitment team and collaboratively discuss the most effective channels for hiring in Kuwait to optimize the recruitment strategy.
  • Compensation Negotiation and Alignment:
  • Conduct salary negotiations, aligning offers with both market standards and the client’s budget.
  • Lead regular salary surveys to provide accurate market insights and recommendations for competitive compensation packages.
  • Candidate Fit Assessment:
  • Use psychological insights and assessment techniques to evaluate candidates’ fit with each client’s company culture and values.
  • Assess candidates' experience and personality traits to ensure alignment with the client’s unique requirements.
  • Outsourced Employee Engagement:
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with outsourced employees to gauge job satisfaction, engagement, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Act as a liaison between outsourced employees and clients to foster a positive work environment and promote engagement.
  • Offer and Tender Preparation:
  • Prepare competitive and comprehensive offers for clients, ensuring they align with client needs, market trends, and budget constraints.
  • Participate in tender preparation and submission processes, ensuring compliance with client and legal requirements while maximizing competitiveness.
  • Employee Replacement Plans and Investigations:
  • Develop and manage replacement plans for employees who need transitioning, ensuring minimal disruption for clients.
  • Investigate reasons for employee turnover or replacement requests, identify any recurring issues, and suggest solutions to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews, screen candidates, and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Market Analysis and Insight:
  • Stay informed on the local job market, salary benchmarks, and industry trends to offer valuable insights to clients.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment practices.
  • Database Management:
  • Manage and organize the company hiring database to maintain an efficient and accessible employee database for future recruitment needs.
  • Ensure that all candidate information is accurately recorded and kept up to date for easy reference.
  • Recruitment Pages and Branding Management:
  • Manage and maintain the company’s recruitment pages and channels, ensuring they reflect the agency’s branding effectively.
  • Continuously enhance the branding of recruitment channels to attract high-quality candidates and maintain a professional image.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and support a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and alignment with agency goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 4 years in a recruitment agency setting.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong client management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in salary negotiation, preparing client offers, and managing tender submissions.
  • Experience with replacement planning and turnover analysis.
  • Ability to assess personality fit and cultural alignment effectively.
  • Kuwait market experience is a must.
  • Experience in solving employee disputes effectively.
  • Experience in managing hiring databases and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred: Familiarity with Kuwait’s employment laws and market trends.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: KD500.000 - KD1,000.000 per month
