- The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for staff management, handling their schedules, assisting with shifts and tasks, and managing all responsibilities and duties to ensure compliance.
- Works closely with the staff to monitor performance and ensure tasks are completed correctly.
- Oversees inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring that inventory is managed to minimize shortages and excesses, including ensuring quality and coordinating with necessary suppliers.
- Sets sales targets, monitors performance, and implements strategies to boost profitability.
- Focuses on customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service, resolving complaints, and enhancing the shopping experience.
- Ensures compliance with store policies and health and safety standards.
Regular Visa 18 (Ahli) , Flexible , 8 hrs/6 days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD500.000 - KD600.000 per month
