We are urgently seeking to hire a talented Arabic- English speaking Sales & Support Executive from Egypt to join our growing Jewelry sales team. As a remote Sales & Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service/support to our dear customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
- Assist customers with placing jewelry orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns and exchanges specifically related to jewelry items, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
- Advising Customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and calls.
- Stay focused with current Jewelry market trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints, problems, and issues related to jewelry purchases promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Jewelry Sales experience is required.
- Verbal and Written fluency in Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Preferably candidates who were Kuwait residents earlier or who knows the Kuwait market.
- Remote Work Skills: Comfortable working remotely and possessing strong self-discipline, time management, and organizational skills to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with different types of jewelry, materials used, gemstones, and jewelry sizing. Ability to learn and keep up to date with jewelry trends and terminology.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and must have the desire to deliver results.
Experience:
- Jewelry Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Customer Support: 2 years (Required)
