JOB SUMMARY:
Payment for Ministries, updating and uploading details into all Bill of Entry (Import Bayan) & Bill of Exit (Export Bayan) of shipments via AIR/SEA/LAND for Alghanim Industries and its associated Business Unit.

Essential Job Roles:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -

Manage custom duty payment of high amount
Respond to business unit's enquiries and priorities
Responsible to correctly type, update, upload for the Bill of Entry (Import Bayan( & Bill of Exit (Export Bayan( as per documents submitted by Documentation Officer.
Calculation and payment of exact custom duty and payment of all relevant online charges for different ministries and government authorities.
Responsible for early issuance of Bill of Entry & Exit to meet BU KPI Targets

Online Payment of Ministries for shipment clearance

Daily reconciliation with Shipping/Documentation team and Accounts team

Maintaining track of payments for audit & compliance

Well experienced in tracking and follow up of all payments till reconciled
Any other responsibility that may be permanently or temporarily assigned

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

Preferably Kuwaiti National
Require 1-2 years of experience in Accounting
Language - Arabic & English - Excellent knowledge in writing, reading and speaking is a must and primary requirement
Proper computer typing skill required

Minimum graduation in accounting

An organized approach with proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic is a must with ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally in an organization

Proficient in MS Excel.
