Job Description
Application Question(s):
- Complete documentation check and verification as per the standards and guidelines set by BLS, Embassy of India (EOI) and Consulate General of India (CGI) in Kuwait.
- Answering queries of applicants/Customers.
- Promotion of Value Added Services (VAS)
- Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner.
- Timely issuance of token for VAS/Submission accordingly.
- Form Filling of the applications as per the requirement.
- Constantly updating self on the updates set by EOI/CGI
- Fast typing to ensure the waiting time is less
- Reconfirms the validity of the passport, visa, and category applied for and photographs even after the verification done by the service desk at the reception.
- Responsible for complete data entry with no errors.
- Accepts charges in cash and issue receipts without fail.
- Explains post submission procedure to the applicant and informing them how to track his/her application
- Make a final check on the application by verifying all the important details and assure that there are no mistakes.
- Attach category wise file reference barcode stickers on the application form and back of the passport.
- Tagging of the application by colour coding as required.
- Tallying and accounting of day end cash.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent typing skills - minimum 40WPM with zero errors
- Experience of handling customers at least for 6months- 1 year
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Should be a Graduate in any discipline.
