CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a TADSS Specialist/ Instructor to work at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The instructor will maintain smooth operation of voice and data networks. Plans, evaluates, coordinates, and performs installation and/or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of data and/or voice communication network.
Tasks include:

- Provide full spectrum of training includes but is not limited to classroom, hands-on, simulation/virtual, field environment and exercises, combat scenario driven, and live fire in a realistic and safe environment.
- Provide Ground Combat Weapons Simulations Training Team support for a variety of training devices including Laser Marksmanship Training System (LMTS), Laser Marksmanship Training System (LMTS), Laser Convoy Counter-Ambush Training (LCCATS), FLIR HRC-MS, FLIR 3000, EXPLOTRAIN system, CV-TESS, ATA Target Lifters, AIM Test, I-MILES / MILES 2000, Precision Gunnery System (PGS), SLM, RPG, Bunker Busters, and AT4.
- Maintain certification and conduct updated certifications on a quarterly basis and throughout the term of employment
- Maintains technical expertise in all areas of voice and data networks hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, etc.
- Propose solutions to management to ensure all communications requirements based on future needs and current usage, configuring such solutions to optimize cost savings.
- Prepare or ensure that appropriate network documentation exists, including operational instructions.
- Provide regular monitoring and network analysis regarding short- and long-range planning for in-house systems.
- Coordinate third-party maintenance for network equipment. Design network or portion of network that include selection of hardware and software packages. Requires degree in STEM.

Required Experience
Required Education:
Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Advanced knowledge of job area. Have a specialty within a discipline.
- Practical knowledge of project management.
- Minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.
