Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
- Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are taken accurately and delivered to the correct table in a timely manner.
- Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials, and provide recommendations to guests.
- Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, clear tables, reset for new guests, and ensure the restaurant is tidy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress or in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during busy hours.
- Customer-oriented, with a focus on delivering an excellent dining experience.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
