For the expansion of our production site for automotive glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story with their expertise and passion.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Administrative work in finance, HR, planning and purchasing
Booking supplier invoices, maintain supplier accounts, and ensure payment remittances are sent to suppliers.
Control expenses, secure necessary approvals, booking in the accounting system.
Participate in preparing reports with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Handle the preparation and submission of subvention requests
Document processes to enhance clarity and efficiency within the departments.
Be part of our digitalization development.

Here's what you can bring to the team:

Fluent in English is mandatory, German and /-or French would be an asset
Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Follows established rules and procedures with precision.
Exhibits a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills.
