Agent (Sr.) Warranty and Damage Claims

Your main tasks will include:
- Claim warranties from the manufacturers for all aircraft parts failing while under warranty coverage or showing apparent defects in material, design and workmanship.
- Reclaim parts and labor for warranty repairs accomplished in-house.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders within the Material Repairs and Engineering departments.
- Claim remedies offered by airframe-, engine manufactures and vendors for incorporating Service Bulletins or Service Letters.
- Claim warranty on heavy aircraft maintenance work done by external maintenance and repair organizations.
- Assist in collecting data and updating Accident & Damage claims files.
- Secondary education or accomplished apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
- Technical knowledge in the field of aviation will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; French or German will be considered as an advantage.
- Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point, Outlook.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and conscientious.
- Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg.
- Flexible working hours as per our Collective Work Agreement (CWA).
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- The category of the position depends on the experience of the selected candidate.
- The internal title of the role would be "(Sr.) Agent Warranty and A&D".
