As Application Support & Automation Integration
Officer, you will be responsible for the following
activities:

• Providing software/business application support in

a cross-functional delivery model (Dev Ops)

• Performing analyses on software application

functionality and suggesting improvements

• Ensuring effective front-end and back-end

functionality of applications

• Collaborating with software development engineers,

testers, business analysts and internal/external users to
improve application performance

• Managing code migration across environments to

ensure continued and synchronised functionality

• Establishing the root causes of application errors and

initiate resolution

• Keeping a record of configuration changes and

scheduling application updates/upgrades

• Documenting configuration changes and processes

• Providing support to customers and colleagues in

business departments

• Providing on-call support on a rotational basis

• Vocational training or diploma in Information Technology

or similar field

• At least 3 years of experience in application support with

Automic administration

• Proficiency in troubleshooting

• Knowledge and experience of SQL server and core

banking system

• Good knowledge of the following:

• archiving (e.g. Documentum)

• workload automation (e.g. Automic)

• setup and monitoring production jobs

• secure data transfer (internal/external)

• coordination and deployment of new software

releases in both User Acceptance Testing and
production environments
