Billing Officer - Your Role :
- Overseeing the complete billing process to ensure precision and timely issuance.
- Evaluating invoices to comply with internal standards and client agreements.
- Managing e-billing systems and following up on payments.
- Keeping track of client budgets and outstanding fees.
- Generating monthly financial reports for management review.
- Collaborating with the collections team to facilitate smooth payment processes.
- Responding to inquiries related to billing from both internal and external stakeholders.
- 3 to 4 years of billing experience in a law firm, preferably in Luxembourg.
- Proficiency in both French and English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong independence and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a proactive mindset.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with VAT regulations is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- Competitive salary up to €60,000 gross annually based on your experience.
