Billing Officer - Your Role :

Overseeing the complete billing process to ensure precision and timely issuance.
Evaluating invoices to comply with internal standards and client agreements.
Managing e-billing systems and following up on payments.
Keeping track of client budgets and outstanding fees.
Generating monthly financial reports for management review.
Collaborating with the collections team to facilitate smooth payment processes.
Responding to inquiries related to billing from both internal and external stakeholders.

Billing Officer - Your Profile:

3 to 4 years of billing experience in a law firm, preferably in Luxembourg.
Proficiency in both French and English (additional languages are advantageous).
Strong independence and meticulous attention to detail.
Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a proactive mindset.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with VAT regulations is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
