Billing Officer - Your Role :
As a Billing Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the full billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Reviewing invoices in line with internal procedures and client agreements.
Overseeing e-billing processes and payment follow-up.
Monitoring client budgets and unbilled fees.
Preparing monthly reports for management.
Collaborating with the collection team to handle payments.
Addressing internal and external billing-related queries.

Billing Officer - Your Profile:

3 to 4 years of billing experience in a Luxembourg law firm.
Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and proactive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of VAT regulations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Billing Officer - What We Offer :

Salary up to €60,000 gross per year depending on experience.
