Join us as a Business Administration Officer

You’ll provide a high quality, efficient and professional administration service to internal customers and general support
We’ll look to you work closely with our Depositary teams and assist with accurately processing and maintaining administrative duties and escalating any issues to management
This is your opportunity to really make this role your own, allowing senior exposure for your admin work

What you'll do

As a Business Administration Officer, your responsibilities will reside in supporting the Depositary teams in various administrative tasks including coordination of annual regulatory reporting and maintenance of policy & procedure catalogue.

We’ll also look for you to be:

Sending and receiving records from offsite storage, in line with current procedures
Reviewing records for appropriate retention periods and destroying records which are no longer needed
Completing quarterly testing of drives when requested, and completing remediation
Monitoring stationery, paper supplies and completing order requests for other teams
Completing quarterly security pass and system access reviews
Support HR reporting and task for the Luxembourg office
Function as the Secretary for the Management Committees

The skills you'll need

You’ll have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. You have a keen eye for detail, are highly organized with attention to deadlines and deliver high quality work. You enjoy working as part of a team and are at your best in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Good written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative and team-oriented approach
Risk minded in all aspects of your work
