Join us as a Business Administration Officer

• You’ll provide a high quality, efficient and professional administration service to internal customers and general support
• We’ll look to you work closely with our Depositary teams and assist with accurately processing and maintaining administrative duties and escalating any issues to management

What you'll do

As a Business Administration Officer, your responsibilities will reside in supporting the Depositary teams in various administrative tasks including coordination of annual regulatory reporting and maintenance of policy & procedure catalogue.

We’ll also look for you to be:

• Sending and receiving records from offsite storage, in line with current procedures
• Reviewing records for appropriate retention periods and destroying records which are no longer needed
• Completing quarterly testing of drives when requested, and completing remediation
• Monitoring stationery, paper supplies and completing order requests for other teams
• Completing quarterly security pass and system access reviews
• Support HR reporting and task for the Luxembourg office
• Function as the Secretary for the Management Committees

The skills you'll need

You’ll have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. You have a keen eye for detail, are highly organized with attention to deadlines and deliver high quality work. You enjoy working as part of a team and are at your best in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
