For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Business Analyst to work on our strategic projects for the APAC-MEA (Asia-Pacific and Middle East & Africa) Area.Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be supporting the yearly strategic planning and budgeting process for the Area APAC-MEA, thanks to your central expertise. By analyzing internal and external data such as Nielsen and Euromonitor, you will create actionable insights. Using business intelligence tools, you will evaluate Ferrero's performance, providing valuable information to guide decision-making.Collaborating with your team, you will work on strategic projects within the Area, particularly focusing on expansions into new product categories. Your analytical skills and strategic thinking will be essential in driving these projects forward and ensuring their successful implementation.
You will also maintain close contact with other departments within the Area, including Marketing, Finance, and Sales Business Development. This cross-functional collaboration will enable you to gather diverse perspectives and ensure that strategic initiatives are well-aligned with overall business goals.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, you will bring a strong educational foundation to this role. Your 3-5 years of experience in FMCG companies, consultancy, or related industries will be essential in understanding our business needs and contributing effectively to our team.You will leverage your strong analytical skills and curiosity to explore new opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel, will enable you to create detailed reports and presentations that support data-driven decision-making.
Fluency in English is essential for clear communication within our diverse team, and knowledge of any additional languages will be an added advantage, enhancing your ability to connect with global stakeholders. Your willingness to learn and adapt will be key to thriving in our dynamic work environment.
