About the Role:
You will join the Group Investment Controlling team to manage for a 6-month internship starting from March 2025 in our Luxembourg Headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the Investment Committee secretary, ensuring Capex governance is maintained and up to date. Acting as the Group focal point for SAP-IM management, you will manage the approval flow matrix, cost objects, and ensure consistency across systems.
Thanks to your attention to detail, you will ensure consistency in information flow between the Investment Committee, planning, and reporting functions. You will also verify alignment between the closure database and the Group's investment policy, supporting smooth financial and compliance processes. Additionally, you will provide support on budget, budget restatement and PS3 Capex-related activities.
You will prepare data for planning tools and guide local teams in using SAP processes effectively. By providing ad hoc analyses and projections, you will support top management with insights on historical trends and currency impacts.
Who we are looking for:
You have a degree in Economics, Business, or Controlling, along with some experience in management control, such as an internship or apprenticeship. Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and database management is valued.
With solid organizational and analytical skills, you will approach tasks with both a pragmatic and detail-oriented mindset, aiming for results. Strong communication abilities will also help you engage effectively with key stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and Power Point is required, and you should be fluent in English.
