We are currently partnering with a major player in the financial sector in Luxembourg, seeking an accomplished Business Intelligence Expert to join their dynamic team. Position Overview:
As a Business Intelligence Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your extensive experience in business intelligence tools and methodologies to create robust data models, develop insightful reports, and guide strategic initiatives. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive BI strategy to align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Data Modeling and ETL Processes: Utilize Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS to create efficient ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and quality.
Reporting and Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS to provide stakeholders with real-time insights and analytics.
VBA for Automation: Implement VBA scripting for Excel to automate data manipulation and reporting tasks, enhancing operational efficiency.
Project Management: Lead BI projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of BI initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Strong managerial skillsets with a proven track record of leading BI projects and teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI.
Experience with VBA scripting for Excel and PTL process design.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
CDI (Contrat à Durée Indéterminée) status.
