Business Sales Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Sales Officer with a strong background in developing offline payment solutions and opening business accounts for corporate clients across Luxembourg, Germany, and other international markets. The ideal candidate will have over three years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of business account setups, and expertise in managing business agents and related financial relationships. Familiarity with the investment fund sector is a plus, and proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Account Opening:
  • Identify and develop offline payment solutions tailored to corporate client needs.
  • Facilitate the opening of business accounts for companies in Luxembourg, Germany, and internationally, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs, recommending suitable banking products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and high client satisfaction.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, managing client requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely solutions.
  • Agent Management & Fee Structure:
  • Set up and manage business agents, including overseeing relationship contracts, fee calculations, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external agents to establish smooth communication channels, facilitate efficient operations, and ensure aligned objectives.
  • Investment Fund Experience (Preferred):
  • Leverage knowledge of the investment fund industry to support clients with relevant financial products and services.
  • Provide tailored solutions and advice to clients involved in investment funds, assisting with account setups and payments.
  • Other Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in Chinese (preferred) to engage effectively with clients and partners in the APAC region.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical skills for fee calculation, account structuring, and payment solution development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business sales, banking, or financial services.
  • Proven expertise in business account opening, agent management, and offline payment solutions.
  • Familiarity with Luxembourg and German financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
