Client Register - Formal & Tax Specialist

Your team
Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
Your role
- Manage change in circumstances from a Tax point of view and update the relevant databases.
- Provide the static data for CRS / FATCA reporting and assure a flawless data quality.
- Validate tax documents (FATCA / CRS) and update the systems accordingly.
- Present files in front of the Tax Review Committee.
- Perform quality controls on account openings (4-eyes).
- Contribute to the digitalization of the Client Register and assisting archiving of documents.
- Keep abreast of changes in Luxembourg and EU legislation on client data protection, in particular by attending training sessions organized by the Bank.
- Draw up and update procedures relating to Client Register activities.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics.
- Min 5 years' experience in banking area.
- Very good MS Office skills (World, Excel, Power Point).
- Good working knowledge of FATCA, CRS and other regulations affecting client data.
- Good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to understand new information and skills.
- Rigorous in ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Good command of French and English
