Corporate Officer : The Function

Assist in the onboarding and structuring of companies, providing essential guidance for their corporate formation.
Handle day-to-day operational and governance tasks, ensuring seamless business operations for a portfolio of companies.
Draft corporate legal documents, including Articles of Association, AGM/EGM minutes, liquidation deeds, and shareholders' agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Maintain professional relationships with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities, facilitating smooth communication and operations.
Oversee the preparation of KYC documents, due diligence processes, and bank-related paperwork, ensuring everything is done accurately and on time.

Corporate Officer : Your Profile

You possess in-depth knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent in German and proficient in French (both written and spoken), you will feel comfortable navigating a multilingual environment.
You are methodical, structured, and thrive in a well-organized team setting.
