Corporate Officer : The Function

You will draft, track, and check corporate legal documents.
Preparing contracts, agreements, and reports.
Responsible for organizing board meetings,drafting board minutes and resolutions.
Liaising with authorities, notaries, lawyers, and banks.
Supporting seniors to prepare draft and legal documents, from A-to-Z full company life cycle.
Preparing the statutory forms with the CSSF

Corporate Officer : Your Profile

You hold a Master's degree in business law or in a similar field
Previous experience of 3-5 years in a corporate officer position in Luxembourg is mandatory for this role
You speak fluently French and English, knowledge of Italian will be a plus
You have good communication skills and are keen to learn and develop professionally.
