Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

Your responsibilities:

Perform first line controls and actions required to ensure legal entity compliance with the implementation of Laws and regulations, Internal Controls for Risk, IT Governance, Information Security and Data Protection.
Perform asset information owner related activities: Review, assess, update system data and prepare for formal decisions. Includes the Asset Inventory, Information Classification, Information Security Risk Register, Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), IDP. Review of related policies and procedures.
Participate in Material Change process and secure approvals from Lux CSD governing bodies. Support Lux CSD Outsourcing coordinator and Outsourcing Governance Committee (OGC)
Oversee implementation of the ICS framework for this collaboration with Group ICS and Risk teams. Perform updates and quality assurance for the SAP GRC process mapping. Provide process mapping information to internal stakeholders and map processes to the legal inventory.
Prepare annual Management Report on Internal Controls. Present reports to Lux CSD Com Ex and Board. Analyse Risk related Policies and draft procedures. Prepare for approvals and implement measures as necessary. Provide input and ensure finalisation of Risk and ICT Governance reports.
Support and provide back up for team members as required

Your profile:

University degree preferable in business, finance or law.
Competent, reliable professional with relevant experience in the regulated, financial sector.
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met consistently, and within deadlines.
Excellent written and spoken English. French as a second language is an advantage.
Computer and technology literate. Ease with modern workplace tools.
