Job Description & Summary




Be a part of our team where you will:

• Be in charge of creation, maintenance of all our prospects/clients data in our Entity/Engagement Management master data systems;
• Collect information (with the support of external and internal sources/databases) and perform all necessary quality controls prior to input in our systems;
• Be a point of contact for our business stakeholders regarding CRM matters;
• Identify new cases of data issues and report them to the Team Leader;
• Conduct specific data cleansing activities based on Data Quality dashboards;
• Ensure respect of internal procedures, quality and risk management controls in our processes;
• Participate to implementation of service improvement initiatives in line with company objectives and Lines of Services needs.

• Hold a Bachelor degree ideally completed by a relevant experience with a CRM database;
• Are organized, and demonstrate analytical skills with an attention to details;
• Are committed to deliver high quality and timely service to your internal clients;
• Have deep understanding of Audit/Tax/Advisory Business Cycle;
Are both fluent in French and English.
