The Equipment, Technology and Services group of KES serves customers with innovative, engineered-to-order solutions, supplying equipment for applications in various markets with a focus on the Refining and Petrochemical Industry. The range of Combustion technologies includes Burners, Flares, Thermal Oxidizers, Boiler Burners and Vapor Recovery Systems under a main brand, John Zink. Your Job
You will be leading and provide guidance to a dynamic Regional Accounts team (5 persons) driven by their passion for our industry and dedicated to creating leads and opportunities across the Europe region, which includes Western Europe, Africa and CIS (Caspian region). The successful candidate will report to the Combustion Leader, who is based in Dudelange (Luxembourg).
What You Will Do

Mentor and coach the Key Account Managers, fostering their professional growth and development.
Setting clear targets and ensuring effective execution of sales plans
Develop and implement the commercial strategies for the combustion business in different regions in Europe, aligning with broader business goals and ET&S Vision.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Work closely with marketing, global capabilities, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for commercial initiatives.
Address operational bottlenecks to facilitate growth and improve performance in the designated regions.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Passioned by developing people and helping them succeed.
Experience in leading commercial team.
Demonstrated ability to conduct commercial strategies and apply economic thinking in line with Company objectives and vision.
Fluent in English.
High availability to travel.

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in the industry (Refining, Petrochemical).
Educational background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
German speaking
