Duties of the Executive Manager (M/F) :


The Executive Officer will play a crucial role in four strategic areas :


1. Pedagogical project : You will be responsible for implementing and rigorously supervising the pedagogical project of a Rockids facility. Your role will be to ensure the coherence and quality of educational activities, thereby contributing to the overall harmonious development of children. You will also ensure the diversity of educational experiences by orchestrating educational workshops in collaboration with specialist external contributors.


2. Administrative and Financial Management : You will be responsible for the administrative and financial management of the establishment in a methodical and transparent manner. This responsibility includes resource management, budget monitoring and compliance with current regulations.


3. Team Management : As a leader, you will lead and direct a team of early childhood professionals. You will be responsible for the recruitment, ongoing training and development of your team, while guaranteeing the quality of the services provided.


4. Reception and supervision : As a leader, you will be responsible for receiving and supervising children and managing harmonious relations with families. You will be responsible for the overall well-being of the children in your care.


Profile required:


Training and experience : Graduate in education with Luxembourgish recognition and a classification allowing access to a management position. You will have at least 5 years' professional experience, including significant experience as a manager in the field of non-formal education.


Responsibility and customer service : Your sense of responsibility and customer focus are essential for success in this demanding role.


Pedagogy and Passion : As a pedagogue with a passion for early childhood education, you will have training in, or an approach to, teaching methods such as Montessori, Pikler, Reggio Emilia, etc.


Communication and Leadership : You are a good communicator, with the ability to convey your ideas and mobilise your team and your contacts.


Computer skills : You have a good command of the usual IT tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.


Knowledge of Luxembourg and its culture : Familiarity with the country and its culture is an asset, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of local contexts and the ability to integrate Luxembourg's rich cultural diversity.
