Experienced Corporate Officer - Your Role :
As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of corporate governance and legal administration. Your responsibilities will include managing legal documents and client files, preparing essential corporate records, and acting as a trusted point of contact for client communications. You will ensure the accuracy and compliance of key processes, from drafting board meeting minutes to coordinating invoicing and schedules. Your contributions will support both the daily functioning of the firm and the long-term success of its clients.
Experienced Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
They are seeking a detail-oriented professional with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm. Fluency in both French and English is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills. A solid command of MS Office and familiarity with corporate governance systems are critical, as is the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. If you are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll excel in this role.
Experienced Corporate Officer - What We Offer :
