POSITION SUMMARY

Meridiam is seeking a Finance assistant for our Luxembourg office. She/he will be in charge of supporting the finance team for the general administrative tasks.
The Finance assistant will report to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, based in Paris.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Finance assistant will be responsible of the following tasks:
General support of the finance team for the daily tasks
Processing of invoices related to the investment vehicles
Preparation of the payments through the different banking platforms
Implementation of the new accounts in the banking platforms
Monitoring of payables and receivables accounts
Preparation of the legal documentation related to the financial instruments (shareholder loans, drawdown notices…)
Preparation of the accounting package for the external accountants
Preparation of capital call and distribution notices
Update of the internal investment software (Efront)

TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

BTS in finance/accounting/management or equivalent, Bachelor degree
Previous experience in the financial services
Rigor and organization
Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive with a strong team spirit
Good usage of Excel and Microsoft office package
Fluent in English.
