About our client

Our client is a hugely impressive global private equity firm which is looking to hire a new Associate into their Luxembourg Accounting Operations Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a substantial breadth of responsibilities including management fees, financial reporting, oversight of outsourced service providers and playing a crucial role across financial management. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join a high performing team and gain exposure across a variety of commercial responsibilities. What the job involves

Oversee the accounting of corporate GP and manager entities performed by an outsourced service provider
Calculate GP management fees across the portfolio of funds
Review financial statements and prepare annual reports for GP entities
Closely work alongside service providers on documentation; reporting and acocunting
Ad-hoc projects across the business
Liaise with other departments to ensure efficiency and best practices are adhered to

Who we are looking for

Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) would be desirable
Background in Finance or Accounting would be preferred
Experience within accountnacy practive or service provider
Team player with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy
Autonomous with excellent organisation and communication skills
Proactive and able to identify and solve issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
