Our client is a hugely impressive global private equity firm which is looking to hire a new Associate into their Luxembourg Accounting Operations Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a substantial breadth of responsibilities including management fees, financial reporting, oversight of outsourced service providers and playing a crucial role across financial management. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join a high performing team and gain exposure across a variety of commercial responsibilities. What the job involves

• Oversee the accounting of corporate GP and manager entities performed by an outsourced service provider
• Calculate GP management fees across the portfolio of funds
• Review financial statements and prepare annual reports for GP entities
• Closely work alongside service providers on documentation; reporting and acocunting
• Ad-hoc projects across the business
• Liaise with other departments to ensure efficiency and best practices are adhered to

Who we are looking for

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) would be desirable
• Background in Finance or Accounting would be preferred
• Experience within accountnacy practive or service provider
• Team player with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy
• Autonomous with excellent organisation and communication skills
• Proactive and able to identify and solve issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
