About us

Our client is a global infrastructure fund manager specialized in investing in infrastructure assets across different sectors. In the scope of the growth of its Luxembourg-based office, they are now looking to recruit a Finance Assistant (m/f)
She/he will be in charge of supporting the finance team for the general administrative tasks, and will report to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, based in Paris.

Mission

Responsibilities

• General support of the finance team for the daily tasks
  
• Processing of invoices related to the investment vehicles
  
• Preparation of the payments through the different banking platforms
  
• Implementation of the new accounts in the banking platforms
  
• Monitoring of payables and receivables accounts
  
• Preparation of the legal documentation related to the financial instruments (shareholder loans, drawdown notices…)
  
• Preparation of the accounting package for the external accountants
  
• Preparation of capital call and distribution notices
  
• Update of the internal investment software (Efront)
  

Profile

Profile

• Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, or Management
  
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in either the financial services, audit firm or private equity fund sectors
  
• Fluency in English is a must – any other language will be a plus
  
• Strong Fund management, accounting and tax background
  
• Proven analytical skills
  
• Autonomous, adaptable and proactive with a strong team spirit
  
• PC Literate
