You will report directly to the CFO and play an active role in monitoring the Baloise Luxembourg Group's financial and economic strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on strategic KPIs, coordinating and managing cost reporting and contributing to the preparation of the business plan, forecasts and budgets. Your responsibilities will also include controlling with risk assessment, semi-annual and annual forecasts, cost reporting and the implementation of management tools.
With your analytical and systemic thinking skills, you will assist the CFO in his decision-making.
Your role and responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting on financial and non-financial KPIs relating to the implementation of the strategy
• Contributing to the budget preparation
• Coordinating and managing cost reporting
• Carrying out analyses on participating in strategic financial discussions.

Ce que nous attendons

• Proven professional experience in a similar role
• BAC +4/5 (economic/financial orientation)
• Fluent in French and English (German would be considered as an asset)
• Experience in the financial sector; experience in the insurance sector would be an asset
• Very good command of the Office pack, particularly Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Critical, proactive and argumentative
