Your Role
The Front Office team member is supporting the Facility Management Organisation in our head office in Luxembourg. Main task is the professional manning of our reception desk in the Main Building, additionally supporting facility related matters on request for the three sites, with the target to provide best services to Kuehne+Nagel employees and external visitors. Our busy head office in Luxembourg based in Contern is looking for an experienced front office professional who can support a team of 8.
Your Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for KN employees and visitors, welcoming them in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Responsible for every day to day activities at the reception/in the back office in a busy office environment with a variety of conference rooms.
  • In charge of the organisation of meetings and functions on site in close collaboration with the various key contacts.
  • Supporting Facility Management with administrative tasks as and when required, including ad hoc requests
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Confident and proactive personality with an eye for detail
  • Strong affinity to hospitality/event management, very customer focused
  • Flexible and responsive to new information, changing conditions, commitment to making ongoing improvements and handle or make use of uncertain situations
  • Needs to be able to work on own initiative, as well as part of the team
  • IT skills: Microsoft Office is mandatory, needs to be able to pick up any additional IT systems, i.e. Online tools, affinity to social media
  • Needs to be able to communicate at all levels to retrieve any relevant information on own initiative
  • Languages – German and English mandatory, French is considered an advantage
