We are looking for an additional HR Officer to join our team and support our growth. As part of the HR department, your role will to provide a comprehensive, accurate and timely HR administrative support service. He/she will support the HR team in its daily operations and ensure the smooth running of all HR administrative tasks for all our European offices.

Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg on behalf of 450 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC12 and PC24). Our company is a leader in its business and provides a high quality of service which has earned it a reputation in Europe. The headquarters is in Luxembourg Airport, and we employ more than 470 people at a Group level.

Role
Employee Lifecyle:
  • Administration and management of the entire onboarding process. Collection of required documents, liaison with benefits providers, labor doctor, etc. induction process organization for new joiners.
  • Absence management (sick leave, exceptional leave, paid leave), including holidays management for pilots and shift workers.
  • General HR paperwork issue in English, and French, such as addendums, work certificate, communications, etc.
  • Support end-to-end on off boarding process.
  • Process and answer employees’ requests and provide relevant information on all incoming HR queries.
  • Support optimization regarding daily HR activities and performance.
HR systems:
  • Input, maintain and validate accurate HR information within the HRIS (Bamboo) based on the needs and requirements of the local business or European entities.
  • Ensure the integrity of data on the appointed HRIS (Bamboo) to meet quality control and performance metrics.
HR Generalist tasks:
  • Support the implementation, follow-up and maintenance of HR policies and tools and advise on updating /improving the existing ones.
  • Take part in the implementation of the HR strategy, contribute to ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives.


Profile
  • HR, or Business Administration bachelor’s degree with a first experience as HR Assistant or HR Officer.
  • Excellent command of MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Enthusiastic, service oriented with a can-do attitude and team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to cope with a various number of different tasks and topics in a dynamic growing organization, capacity to prioritize and organize work.
