What we are looking for:

• Relevant studies: Currently pursuing studies oriented towards Human Resources.
• Internship duration: A minimum of 3 months is required. Shorter durations do not align with our investment in the role.
• Language skills: Perfect French proficiency and knowledge of English are essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Location: The internship is based in Liège, Belgium or Beiler, Luxembourg. You must either be located in the area or have your own vehicle to commute, as public transport options are limited for our office in Beiler.
• Curiosity and creativity: Eager to learn and explore new ideas in HR.
• Team spirit: Able to collaborate effectively and share ideas.
• Autonomy and organization: Capable of managing time and priorities to complete tasks successfully.
• Proactivity: Ready to propose improvements to optimize HR processes and enhance efficiency.
• Technical skills: Knowledge in HR management and personnel administration.
