Compliance Officer : The Function

You will be responsible for the fund onboarding registration
Implementation and follow-up of the compliance monitoring plan
You will draft AML reports and proceed to KYC/AML analysis
Ensure that the legal documentation of the funds complies with current standards

Compliance Officer : Your Profile

You hold a Master in Business Law or in a similar field
Fluent in French and English (any other languages will be a plus)
Previous experience of at least 4 years as a Compliance Officer in Luxembourg is mandatory for this position
You are a proactive person, able to work in autonomy but also to be part of a team
Knowledge of funds (AIFM/UCITS/PE/RE) will be a strong asset for this position
An interest for marketing techniques will be appreciated
