INTERNSHIP - Procurement

ING Luxembourg is looking for a trainee within its department « Procurement Trainee (m/f) » on an internship contract agreed by the student’s school, starting from January 2025.
Within the Procurement department you will :

  • Bring administrative support within the team on register contracts and related documentation in the procurement tool
  • Bring administrative support in RFP launch, reception,
  • Bring support ongoing procurement projects (interact with different departments within ING Lux and other ING entities)

Profil

Ideally undergraduate university degree and is a postgraduate student
  • General knowledge of a procurement / purchasing department
  • Perfect knowledge of French and English;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite;

  • Well organized and focused on quality and timely delivery;
  • Strong analytical & thinking skills and able to work with autonomy;
  • Able to use new IT products and using them wisely;
  • Team player with good social skills and a strong communicator
