INTERNSHIP - Procurement

ING Luxembourg is looking for a trainee within its department « Procurement Trainee (m/f) » on an internship contract agreed by the student’s school, starting from January 2025.

Within the Procurement department you will :

Bring administrative support within the team on register contracts and related documentation in the procurement tool
Bring administrative support in RFP launch, reception,
Bring support ongoing procurement projects (interact with different departments within ING Lux and other ING entities)

Profil

Ideally undergraduate university degree and is a postgraduate student

General knowledge of a procurement / purchasing department
Perfect knowledge of French and English;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite;

Soft skills

Well organized and focused on quality and timely delivery;
Strong analytical & thinking skills and able to work with autonomy;
Able to use new IT products and using them wisely;
Team player with good social skills and a strong communicator
