About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to join our Workplace Management team.

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
You will perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
You will also conduct detailed analysis of the fleet portfolio, including costs, vehicle types, characteristics, and other relevant metrics.
Moreover, your role will be to assist in benchmarking office real estate against industry standards and best practices.
You will analyze office real estate costs, space utilization, and operational efficiency, track energy costs, and identify opportunities for potential cost savings.
You will propose, define, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure various initiatives.
Analyzing these KPIs and managing the reporting and dashboards of performance against them will be as well under your scope.
Finally, you will participate in projects as directed by the Manager and present the results of your work to relevant stakeholders.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Engineering Management, Building Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or other related fields.
You will work both independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks efficiently. Your excellent attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential.
You will use your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate and convey information clearly.
On top of that, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and your fluency in English.
