IT Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Uni Que team in Luxembourg!
What will you be doing in this role:
  • Develop a robust IT specification framework for data flows, from acquisition to dissemination
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their processes and requirements
  • Document current processes and models (e.g. using BPMN and GSBPM) to understand inefficiencies or gaps
  • Coach business team members in the effective use of the specification framework, with an emphasis on clarity and consistency
  • Ensure that the specifications produces are understandable and usable by the IT teams responsible for implementation
  • Ensure that the analyses produced are compatible with Agile methodologies and enable iterative and incremental delivery
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience)
  • At least 7 years of experience in business analysis
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, with expertise in creating specification frameworks
  • Background in Data and Analytics, statistics and analytical applications is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes
  • Mastery of Agile methodologies and ability to integrate them into the specification process
  • In-depth knowledge of data flows, from acquisition to dissemination
  • Exceptional coaching and communication skills to work effectively with business and IT teams
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise functional / technical specifications
  • Fluency in French (native or bilingual) and English (Full Professional proficiency) both written and spoken are mandatory
  • Business analysis certification is an advantage
  • Professional certification in agile methodologies is an advantage
