IT Business Partner (M/F/D) – ref. : 4916
for its IT Department in Livange in a Permanent Contract – 40h/week.
You will oversee the coordination and the development of global IT initiatives, of the services management and the customer relationship.
You will also be in charge of communicating IT advice concerning news initiatives and demands of news tools and solutions. You will coordinate decisions, priorities and all the projects of your scope.
You will proactively share your technological risk and opportunity assessment to increase the efficiency of the Luxemburg Red Cross from an IT point of view.
More precisely, you will be in charge of the:
- Information system process management:
- Participating in setting-up new IS monitoring (anticipation and workload management, dashboards follow-up...);
- Participating in setting-up and executing services process management (ITIL process);
- Participating in the IT risk process (qualitative, budgetary, contractual and planning).
- Crisis management:
- Analysing and understanding the origin of dysfunctions, incidents or accidents (physical assessment of the product, processes....)
- Assessment of the products in operation:
- Budget (costs evaluation...)
- Product maintenance
- Implementing IT projects for your scope:
- Customer needs analysis (risks, opportunities...)
- Project management (meeting with stakeholders, defining the quality assurance, defining the communication plan...)
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT
- You have professional experience in a similar position with strong focus on project management and IT Service Delivery Management
- You have excellent knowledge of Information system environment
- You are rigorous, organised, and have excellent relationship skills
- You have excellent analysis spirit and you are solution and customer oriented
- You are fluent in English and French; knowledge of German is a strong asset
- ITIL, PRINCE2, PMI certifications are an asset
