Pw C Luxembourg is hiring an IT Service Desk Officer M/F/D. What if it was you?

Your mission: As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding IT support to all our users. Your tasks will encompass diagnosing, tracking, and resolving incidents and service requests in accordance with defined SLAs. In addition, you will serve as a single point of contact to efficiently assign incidents and service requests, ensuring a seamless workflow.

Be a part of our team where you will:
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to all users.
  • Diagnose, follow, and resolve incidents and service requests according to defined SLAs.
  • Act as a single point of contact to efficiently assign incidents and service requests.
  • Support external and internal events.
  • Assist and train new joiners in using IT systems effectively.
  • Register all IT issues and requests in a database for analytical purposes.
  • Ensure smooth communication with Team Coordinator and colleagues.
  • Apply working procedures, methodologies, and tools following ITIL best practices and internal procedures.
  • Comply with Information security best practices and guidelines to maintain data security.
  • Participate in the elaboration and maintenance of the knowledge database of the Service Desk.

Let’s talk about you. If you are/have:
  • A perfect knowledge of standard software and IT applications used within the firm.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows & Office).
  • Good knowledge of Apple devices.
  • Knowledge of Network.
  • Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Sharing experience & knowledge.
  • Open-minded.
  • Helpful.
  • Team spirit.
  • A good methodology to diagnose and solve issues effectively.
  • A very good sense of client service.
  • Two-year technical degree or Bachelor degree level.
  • Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Sharing experience & knowledge.
  • Team spirit.
  • You are fluent in English and French
