Your responsibilities

• onsite support:
  • provision, replacement and ordering of mobile devices and user-related IT hardware in consultation with IT;
  • supporting the Service Desk and other central IT units;
  • Setting up and dismantling workstations, cable management, hard drive replacement, etc.;
  • Assistance with troubleshooting and maintenance of printers, telephones, and conferencing systems;

• project management support; and
• software management.

Your profile

• up to 2 years of work experience as IT Support or any equivalent position;
• strong organisation and communication skills in English and German;
• strong team player, motivated, proactive and flexible, with a business development and entrepreneur attitude;
• analytical thinking and grasp of complex structures;
• solution-oriented, independent and focused approach in compliance with the existing IT policies; and

• dedication and self-motivation.
